What if I need to cancel my subscription?
While I will be sad to see you go, you can cancel your subscription by emailing me before the 3rd of the month.
What if my envelope is lost or damaged?
In the rare event that your letter is lost or arrives damaged, I will do my best to help. I cannot guarantee outcomes with the postal system, but please email me-misty@themonthlycorrespondent.com
When does my letter ship?
Letters are mailed out on the 23rd of every month. If you sign up before the 5th of the month, you’ll receive that month’s letter. If you sign up after the 5th, your first letter will arrive the following month, but it will be worth the wait!
Where do you ship?
To all US states but only within the US at this time.
Will I receive a tracking number?
No. Once your letter is in the mail system, I cannot track it, but if something goes wrong, please email me and I will do my best to help.
